Coinfella does not handle the transactions, it is handled by the third-party payment processors we use. We are in no way responsible for delays or declined transactions.

How long does it take to receive my crypto?

The duration of the transaction process can vary based on several factors, such as the fiat currency used, the chosen payment method, and your location.

Typically, card payments are processed promptly, although occasional delays of a few hours may occur. The release of cryptocurrency is contingent upon the completion of fraud and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. For initial transactions, additional verification may be required, leading to a processing time ranging from a few minutes to a few hours.

In situations where network congestion is high, particularly with Polygon, on-chain transactions might experience longer execution times.

Canceling a transaction or getting a refund

Refunds or cancellations are not available once a transaction has been initiated due to the nature of blockchain technology. It's important to note that Coinfella does not have any direct involvement in the transaction between you and the payment processor.
